Kaja Kallas er en estisk politiker. Hun overtog posten som premierminister i Estland 26. januar 2021. Hun er leder af Reformpartiet siden 2018 og medlem af det estiske parlament, Riigikogu, siden 2019 og tidligere også fra 2011 til 2014. Kallas var medlem af Europa-Parlamentet fra 2014 til 2018 hvor hun tilsluttede sig Alliancen af Liberale og Demokrater for Europa (ALDE).
